Tbilisi Yoga Loft welcomes people of all shapes, sizes, ages, and skill levels. Our goal is to provide a supportive, inclusive, safe, non-judgmental and welcoming studio so you feel comfortable practicing yoga

We teach most common styles of yoga, all of which help you find peace and harmony with your body and mind.
Please book your spot if you're planning to attend, and kindly cancel in advance if you can't make it.

Based on customer feedback, 2 hours is reasonable notice to book or cancel and it allows other customers some time to discover the new space and get to the class.

We recommend to use your own mat for hygiene purpose. You can rent mat for 5 gel per practice. Also our studios are equipped with belts, bricks, blankets. Please use spray cleaner after using equipment.
